FliT is a Ukrainian-American punk rock band formed in 2001 in Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine. Their music blends punk rock with folk elements, creating a unique sound. The band's debut album, "Svit takyi..." ("The World is Such..."), was released in 2003 and included the popular track "Yizhachok" ("Hedgehog"). Over the years, FliT has undergone several lineup changes and released multiple albums, including "Zanykay" ("Hide It") in 2006 and "Odnoznachno" ("Definitely") in 2009. In 2013, they released "Vykhid Ye!" ("Exit Exists!"), showcasing a different approach to songwriting. After relocating to the United States, founding members Volodymyr Novikov and Ihor Ozarko reformed the band, releasing the English-language album "Walking in Circles" in 2018. In 2019, FliT released the EP "Raptom" ("Suddenly") in Ukrainian, marking a return to their roots. The band's energetic performances and distinctive style have earned them a dedicated fan base both in Ukraine and abroad.
